We’re currently looking for a colleague to manage a broad range of legal aspects, specifically corporate governance, M&A and complex international IT-contracts

Legal Governance, Compliance and International Contracts
Your overall goal is to deliver best-in-class legal advice to Trifork’s management, business lines and subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions, review and negotiate international contracts and manage investments in start-ups as well as larger acquisitions on group level.
Specifically, you will be:
- Working with international corporate laws, issuer rules & relevant legal frame work for listed companies and corporate governance
- Handling legal projects relating to, e.g., contract validation and risk, assisting in global legal entity reorganizations and M&A assignments
- Experienced in drafting contracts as much as reviewing and negotiating them
- Reviewing and negotiating international IT-contracts with various business partners, from vendors to customers, and set up contract management on group level
- Interested in technology

A minimum of 3 years’ experience
While you know how to diligently manage many tasks simultaneously, you do not tend to overcomplicate the solutions you provide. You are commercial and solution oriented. You are easy-going and thrive in a relaxed environment of technology enthusiasts, and while you work with complex subjects, your professionalism never gets in the way of connecting with people.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
- Hold a Master’s degree in law from a university. You have extensive knowledge of Danish law, specifically around listed companies and good governance
- Bring at least three years of post-graduate experience from a major law firm, working with international clients or in the legal department of a multinational listed company with knowledge of working with the DFSA
- Are specialized in corporate laws, governance and international contracts
- Know how to translate business needs and calibrate risks into sound legal solutions
- Have a hands-on attitude and are a strong collaborator & team player
- Speak and write fluent Danish and English – German or Spanish is a bonus
