About the department

The department consists of about 35 employees divided in 2 teams, who assures both quality and compliance are up to the standards of Novo Nordisk when producing FlexPen®, FlexTouch® and Ozempic® for diabetics all over the world.

You will be part of the QA team, which primary focus are to review and release assembly and packaging batches from production. The team consists of 17 employees.

The area we support are developing fast and production volumes are increasing each year. The challenge for the department will be to continue to keep up with the increased demands from our customers as well as never compromise with quality or compliance.

The Position

The job position is a temporary position of 14. months with an opportunity for permanent employment afterwards. The content of the job as QA professional is varied – but the primary focus will be review and release as it is essential that we follow the tact from production. This way we are securing launch of new products to our customers and avoid stock-outs.

Besides review and release the job also contains a lot of other exiting challenges as for example handling of deviations, customer complaints, creation and approval of new procedures (SOP’s), approval of change requests as well as a lot of other quality related tasks.

You will be sitting close to your colleagues in an open-plan office and there is an on-going sparring in a dynamic and energetic way. Everybody is ready to give a helping hand if there are challenges with reaching deadlines.

Qualifications

Your education should as a minimum support the demands and expectations from Danish medicine agency (Lægemiddelstyrelsen) to a qualified person (QP) in a pharmaceutical company. This could be for example a pharmacist or a related field. This is an essential requirement because you at one point must be able to release our products.

You enjoy reading documents thoroughly with the focus of ensuring correct documentation. It is natural for you to follow written procedures and guidelines (SOP’s).

You are very competent in communicating short and precise at all levels in the organization as you often are required to give feedback to the production for example in relation to deviations or review documentation.

As most of the procedures and documentation are in Danish is it a requirement that you are fluent in spoken and written Danish.

It is important that you are a front-runner and takes initiative to solve challenges, both in relation to the daily tasks but also in relation to how we as a united QA can do things smarter and better.

You keep your deadlines and are willing to go the extra mile in order to ensure that our patients receive their medicine in the right quality and at the right time.
