We are looking for an experienced legal counsel to play an important role in providing legal support and advice on a wide variety of legal tasks. Contracts, corporate law, corporate governance, regulatory matters, compliance, disputes, IP and M&A may form part of your daily tasks and you will get the opportunity to utilize your legal competencies in a broad and strategic role with a direct impact on the business.
Your role
Referring to the Group General Counsel, the position is part of Group Legal located in Holstebro. The position also has a global reach and you will therefore work closely with stakeholders across our locations in Europe and the US (thus, you should also expect approx. 10-20 days of travel activity each year).
As Group Legal Counsel your responsibilities will include:
To succeed in this role, you thrive on handling a wide range of tasks and demonstrate a strong understanding of the business and you are thereby able to deliver professional solutions with a pragmatic and operational approach.
Your profile
You bring a master’s degree in Law (cand.jur/LL.M.) and at least 2 years of experience with legal counselling either from a law firm or as in-house legal counsel. You are able to work independently and are motivated by working with law in a commercial context. You have the ability to work effectively on several workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of details and quality.
In addition, you have the following qualifications:

Your role

As Group Legal Counsel your responsibilities will include:
- Advising and assisting on commercial matters such as customer agreements, supplier agreements, distribution agreements and NDAs
- Acting as a proactive legal partner in corporate matters such as corporate governance and assisting on employee share program
- Monitoring and advising on new legislation and regulatory matters
- Advising and assisting on Faerch Group’s compliance program within anti-corruption, competition, GDPR, sanctions, etc.
- Advising and assisting on M&A projects
- Provide ad-hoc advice on various commercial legal matters

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders across functions and cultures
