To support all of Faerch Group we are looking for an experienced legal counsel to play an important role in providing legal support and advice on a wide variety of legal tasks.
In the position you can expect to join a dedicated legal team that acts as a business partner to stakeholders across Faerch Group. You will have a diverse role and have the opportunity to handle a wide range of disciplines within the legal area. Contracts, corporate law, corporate governance, disputes, IP, M&A and compliance matters may form part of your daily tasks and you will get the opportunity to utilize your legal competencies in a broad and strategic role with a direct impact on the business.
Your role
Referring to the Group General Counsel, the position is part of Group Legal located in Holstebro. The position also has a global reach and you will therefore work closely with stakeholders across our locations in Europe and the US (thus, you should also expect approx. 10-20 days of travel activity each year).

Your profile
You bring a master’s degree in Law (cand.jur/LL.M.) or a master’s degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law (cand.merc.jur) and at least 2 years of experience with legal counselling either from a law firm or as in-house legal counsel. You are able to work independently and are motivated by working with law in a commercial context. You have the ability to work effectively on several workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of details and quality.

- Advising and assisting on commercial matters such as sales agreements, distribution agreements, cooperation agreements, NDAs, procurement agreements, machine/equipment agreements, Code of Conducts etc.;
- Advising and assisting on IP matters, including liaising with IP administrators;
- Acting as a proactive legal partner in corporate matters such as corporate governance;
- Advising and assisting on disputes/claims;
- Advising and assisting on M&A projects; and
- Provide ad-hoc advice on various commercial legal matters.

Your profile

In addition, you have the following qualifications:
- Fluent and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English (professional or elementary proficiency in French, Polish, Italian or Spanish will further be deemed an advantage);
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders across functions and cultures; and
- With an open and respectful communication approach, you have the ability to present complex matters in a clear way.
