The role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a primary focus on contracts while also providing legal support across other areas. You will join a dedicated legal team that partners with stakeholders across Group, with contracts being your key responsibility. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on tasks related to corporate law, corporate governance, competition law, disputes, IP, and/or M&A. In this role, you will utilize your legal competencies in a broad and strategic role with a direct impact on the business.

The role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a primary focus on contracts while also providing legal support across other areas. Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group General Counsel and based in Holstebro, your responsibilities will include:
- Advice and assistance on commercial agreements relating to sales, distribution, cooperation, procurement, Code of Conducts, and NDAs.
- Act as a proactive partner in corporate governance and corporate matters.
- Provide ad hoc advice on various commercial legal matters.
- Advise and assist on disputes and claims, and potentially M&A projects and/or IP matters, depending on your experience and areas of interest.
- Work closely with global stakeholders, including 10-20 days of annual travel across Europe and the US.

Your Profile
You are able to work independently and are motivated by working with law in a commercial context. You have the ability to work effectively on several workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of details and quality.
In addition, you have the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in Law (cand.jur/LL.M.) or Business Administration and Commercial Law (cand.merc.jur).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as legal counsel (either in-house or at a law firm).
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English is a requirement. Professional or elementary proficiency in Danish, French, Polish, Italian, or Spanish will further be deemed an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders across functions and cultures.
- With an open and respectful communication approach, you have the ability to present complex matters in a clear way.
