Take up a key position in Group Business Ethics & Compliance
Joining us at our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be one of 4 regional Compliance Officers. As you will be responsible for Europe and all HQ functions – making up our biggest markets – you will head a team of 4 compliance managers located across Europe. They each support a European region, while you personally assist all HQ functions including Global Operations in Hungary and Costa Rica.
Moreover, you will have 3 global compliance colleagues supporting you with global concepts, training material, audits and investigation as well as data privacy compliance, while our service centre supports you with compliance reporting and administration. This means you can concentrate on business ethics and compliance business partnering.
Be a valued business partner on ethics and compliance
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the business ethics and compliance programme for Europe, all HQ functions and Global Operations in Hungary and Costa Rica.
“One moment you might be answering a simple query from a global function manager, and the next you could be initiating a risk mitigation project in collaboration with regional management. Functioning as a trusted ambassador for Coloplast’s strong integrity culture, your tasks will be to:
• Advise and support HQ, regional and Global Operations senior management with understanding and responding to business ethics compliance risks
• Assist regional and HQ senior management in implementing global concepts and risk mitigation in the region/global functions
• Manage your highly skilled and independent team of 4 compliance managers and senior managers
• Provide training and presentations on ethics, risks and compliance targeted for specific business units, markets and functions
• Participate in relevant grant committees at business unit, regional and country level
To live up to Coloplast’s sustainability goals, your travelling will be kept at a minimum, but you should expect 15-20 travel days to visit your employees and attend regional business meetings across Europe.
Business ethics and compliance specialist with management experience
• You have an MBA/master’s degree combined with experience with business ethics and compliance
• You have outstanding stakeholder management skills and experience interacting with senior management as a trusted business partner
• You have people management experience – perhaps you have previously managed an independent team of specialists
• You have full proficiency in English, and it is a plus if you also know other European languages
• It is a plus if you have experience from the medical device or the pharmaceutical industry
