You are offered a unique opportunity to join a high-performing and impactful Commercial Development team, which is part of our newly established Growth organisation consisting of Commercial Operations and sales re-gions across Chronic Care and Wound & Skin Care.
The position as Commercial Development Manager gives you the chance to make a true difference in an inter-national environment.
Team and focus
We look to the Commercial Development team to raise our game and create break-through in our markets, typ-ically in commercial projects. This means being a partner to our subsidiaries, focusing on building commercial opportunities, and help pave the way for local execution impact realisation.
Working in Commercial Development is a “contact sport” with lots of travelling (~60 travel days per year can be expected in non-Covid times) and interactions with many different people all over the world. We measure our-selves on the growth we help create with our colleagues in the subsidiaries.
Being a part of Commercial Development – will improve your understanding on value creation in a global com-pany in general and specifically for Coloplast stakeholders. Over time you will build a commercial understanding and toolbox that will make you an ideal candidate for one our commercial teams in Coloplast, including abroad opportunities in our subsidiaries.

We are looking for a person with a strong drive, who is ambitious and structured about problem solving. It is al-so important that you possess leadership capacity and that you are able to lead a project team. You must be passionate about your work and have a healthy appetitive for solving complex business problems. It is key that you can work with people at different levels in the organization from senior management to a sales representa-tive and have personal impact.

The responsibility we offer you
- Lead or participate in strategic projects, e.g. business case, business model review, or go to market strategy
- Build and run our annual strategic planning process
- Assist senior management and facilitate sharing of best practices across regions
Professional competencies
We believe working in Commercial Development requires a combination of the following:
- Strong analytical toolbox and sound problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead yourself and create results through others
- Solid project management skills
- Great interpersonal skills and high cultural awareness
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – ideally combined with one more language
- Master/MBA is a minimum requirement
- Ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience from management consulting, strategy or corporate develop-ment role
- IT skills required: Super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
