Join an international team of legal experts
Reporting to the Associate General Counsel for Corporate Commercial, Capital Markets and M&A, you will join our legal team sitting in HQ in Humlebæk. Here you will become part of an international team with colleagues in Denmark, Italy, Germany, France, UK, US and China. Together, we support the Coloplast Group in all legal and contractual matters, supported by our legal administrative team working from Poland.

Support the business
We are looking for an experienced legal counsel to take on a position as Senior Legal Counsel or Legal Counsel depending on seniority and with solid experience within competition law and preferably knowledge of marketing law. You will be globally responsible for setting up and running Coloplast’s competition law programme ensuring compliance with relevant competition law. In addition, you will be advising the business on a variety of matters relating to Coloplast’s day-to-day operations, including negotiating contracts and managing conflicts.
In your daily work, you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders throughout Coloplast. Given the global responsibility in the role, you should expect around 10-15 days of travelling each year.

In your daily work, you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders throughout Coloplast. Given the global responsibility in the role, you should expect around 10-15 days of travelling each year.
Your tasks will also include:
- Negotiating all types of business agreements
- Advising senior management and other stakeholders within the Coloplast Group on various aspects of competition law, marketing law, commercial law and other areas applicable to Coloplast’s business
- Managing external lawyers
- Developing and maintaining templates, including training relevant stakeholders

Experience and a strong sense of ethics
- You are a qualified lawyer licensed to practice in Denmark or hold a cand.merc. jur.
- You are willing to expand your expertise to other areas to further develop your skillset
- You have at least 5 years of experience from a reputable law firm or an in-house position in an international company
- You have worked across multiple jurisdictions
- You communicate effortlessly in English in both speech and writing
