<p>We are looking for a maternity cover who can join us in October or November 2023. As Ramboll is a large organization with great development there is a likely possibility that the position will become permanent.</p><p><strong>You will join our Global Procurement department</strong></p><p>As our new Contract Manager, you will assume responsibility for contract management activities within the Facility Management category. The role will involve working with stakeholders from across Ramboll, including business line leadership as well as local procurement contacts. Ramboll operates with a flexible working policy, and with this you will be part of an exciting team of experts, who respect each other and work towards a common goal. This role will report to the Head of Indirect Spend in Ramboll Global Procurement. Ramboll Global Procurement consist of a team of twelve procurement professionals.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and suppliers within your areas.</li><li>Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.</li><li>Meet with suppliers to discuss both legal and business matters and to manage their performance.</li><li>Create, prepare, review, and edit contracts.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.</li><li>Create and present contract information (slides and reports) to relevant parties, such as stakeholders.</li><li>Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract.</li><li>Maintain records for correspondence, and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.</li><li>Working with Finance, Legal etc and who may be leading or contributing to any activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Experience of developing and awarding contracts individually or as part of a team, such as drafting, negotiating, providing advice on commercial risk etc.</li><li>Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team.</li><li>You are proactive and have an analytical and commercial mindset.</li><li>Good at managing your time effectively by planning activities and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Your impact is expressed by the fact that you dare to challenge both customers and business partners and manage to make the necessary decisions.</li><li>Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Experience of working in a strategic procurement environment is preferable, including tender preparation and development.</li><li>A structured working style and ability to keep an overview and prioritise in a busy and demanding working environment.</li><li>More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Superior communication skills in English</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include experience within the Facility Management Services category and IT e.g., strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and stakeholder skills, a strategic and analytical mind-set, familiarity with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.</p><p><strong>Inviting bright minds</strong></p><p>Ramboll is a leading engineering, architecture and consultancy company founded in Denmark in 1945, with 17,000 employees globally.
