Join our Legal department as our new Lawyer and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Lawyer, you will be part of our Legal department in Denmark.</p><p>The Legal Team in Denmark is located in Aarhus & Copenhagen. We are 14 employees in the team and as our new colleague, you will be part of a department characterized by a dynamic and informal working environment. Our clients are Ramboll’s board, managers and colleagues at all levels and within a wide range of specialized areas within the fields of engineering and architecture. The working method is characterized by a high degree of freedom followed by responsibility, where you get the chance to set your mark. You will be expected to work independently, but you can always count on support and consulting with your colleagues.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Review, draft and negotiate contracts especially on consultancy services within engineering and architecture</li><li>Advice on strategy and risk handling in different types of projects</li><li>Provide day-to-day legal advice to our highly specialised colleagues in the engineering and architectural business</li><li>Handle and find solutions to disputes – often including complex details</li><li>Collaborate with and support the business in arbitration cases and other disputes, often in collaboration with external counsels</li><li>Standardise and draft model contracts and other legal documents</li><li>Provide training sessions for non-legal colleagues</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll we will support your personal and professional development. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>A Master of Laws/lawyer/Master of Business Law degree</li><li>Solid experience with contract drafting and dispute handling</li><li>Excellent negotiating and writing skills in both Danish and English</li><li>Knowledge of Danish construction law is considered advantageous</li><li>Creative problems solver</li><li>Strong team player</li></ul><p>On a more personal level, you have a pro-active and solution-oriented approach to your work, and you are not afraid of being decisive.
