We are looking for a talented person within our Label & DFU Team who is ready to take on the responsibility of developing and coordinating the label package for the products used in our clinical trials world-wide. You will be part of making a difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world.
About the department
Clinical Supplies (CS), CMC Development is a key part of the R&D organisation. CS Trial Set-up consists of 38 employees located in Måløv. The department is organised in three teams; Project and Trial Set-up, Label & DFU Set-up and Supply Chain Set-up. Our responsibility is to support the global clinical supply chain by translating the trial protocol & scientific documents into packaging orders, labels, trial master data and to prepare monitors and site staff for handling the trial supplies.
We support all clinical trials conducted globally by Novo Nordisk and operate in the combined field of supply chain management and regulatory requirements within drug development. Being part of a development value chain requires us to be ready for change. We always seek to systematically solve our problems, have an eye for the entire business and do our best to deliver despite any obstacles that cross our path.
The job
The job will consist of both operational and project tasks. On our journey towards more IT supported processes we continuously have projects where you can act as change owner or project manager. When you are involved in projects, we expect you to have a good understanding of label processes but also easily gain knowledge about stakeholder processes and the impact of the change.
Your key operational responsibilities will mainly be focused on the label insert process and will include: Creating the English version of the labels, coordinating the translations with the affiliates and the internal regulatory approvals, ensuring that timelines are kept throughout the review and documentation flow to make sure that label materials are approved in due time.
Qualifications
You have an academic degree (MSc.) within production, engineering, pharmaceutical science or similar and the right quality mind-set. Ideally, you have some experience with label text, graphic design and tools to support development of packaging materials and have tried project management. A good understanding within cLEAN, GMP and the pharma industry is considered an advantage.
You should have a structured approach to planning your work, be independent and follow-up on goals/target even when things get busy. The job requires a strong quality mind-set as well as high attention to details and deadlines. The job is carried out in collaboration with many different stakeholders internally and throughout the world so you must have good communication skills in both English and Danish.
