With direct reference to our Head of Contract Management, you will become a part of our Commercial and Legal Services department, consisting of 24 highly skilled legal and technical professionals with competences within legal advisory, compliance, contract- risk- and bid management as well as IP and information security. Within this cross functional department, you will be part of a small Contract Management team characterized by a positive and informal tone as sparring is a natural of our everyday work.
A job with strong focus on legal operations
In the position as Contract Manager you will be responsible for performing contract life cycle management with a strong focus on business optimisation and legal operations. You will take on a leading role in ensuring that Kamstrup gather maximum value from contract lifecycle management by ensuring a strong culture of managing contracts. In addition, you will support with business improvement and commercialisation efforts through use of contracts globally.
More specifically your tasks will be to:

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious Contract Manager who has a strong commercial mindset and demonstrated expertise in contract management. You have a Master of Laws or Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Commercial Law. In addition, you have at least 3 years of relevant experience from a similar position, where you have worked with contract management.
As a person you are outgoing and have the ability to build positive relations and communicate clearly to stakeholders throughout the organisation. You have a great business understanding and an analytical and structured mindset, that enables you to identify and prioritise key value creation. This is done through your innovative approach by challenging status quo to see opportunities for implementing new technologies improving the contracting processes and ways of working.
It is a requirement that you master English and Danish in writing and speaking.

- Provide support to the Project Manager within client contracts and subcontracts
- Raise contract management, legal awareness and knowledge both in regards to customers and suppliers
- Work closely with our colleagues from Legal-Sales and Legal-Procurement in order to define contracting formats with terms and conditions according to Kamstrup’s requirements
- Promote relevant IT tools in order to increase self-service and effective processes
