What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a People Partner (Jr) whose primary role consists taking responsibility in supporting, advising and facilitating the primary process in the People Field.

Expected impact

As part of our Team People+ you:

• Ensures compliance with labor regulations and legislation.
• Maintaining procedures (regard to salary, leave, illness).
• Facilitates people projects.
• Ensures on- and offboarding.
• Taking care of payroll.
• Be a sparring partner for higher management.
• Ensures correct communication between management and employees.
• Assisting and reporting to the People Partner (EHV / BER).

Requirements / the ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of Dutch Law.
• Confident.
• Warm, pragmatic do’er communicating at eye-level with everyone in the organization.
