Plecto is looking for an ambitious and tech-savvy stud.jur. for our fast growing software-as-a-service scale-up headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark. You have completed first year of your laws studies and for you law is not just a job - it’s also your personal interest. You follow many different sites and media to stay up to date with current trends and/or changes.
Your primary job will be to assist our sales and service departments when customers have questions for our legal documents and review incoming legal requests and add your comments before forwarding them to the CFO or CEO. Typical documents you will be working with is our Master Subscription Agreement (MSA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). You will also maintain our legal liability sheets and review then on an ongoing basis.
Together with the CEO you will define and execute the legal strategy and help define what and how we communicate to our customers.
You will take activate part in all aspects of the legal efforts at Plecto but 95% of the tasks will be in relations to the MSA, DPA or NDAs we send/receive.
This is a unique chance to try out working with real legal documents/processes while you study and a way to have a big impact in a young fast growing company!

We expect that you have
- AT LEAST 1 year of law studies complete, but we welcome both 3rd year bachelor students as well as master students
- Great interest in business law
- Great interest in GPDR and related topic
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also Danish
