  • Review, drafting and negotiating a large variety of international commercial contracts in a global company
  • Advising on and establishing corporate structures as well as handling our current corporate group structure
  • Supporting projects with legal assessments and support should legal issues arise
  • Handling of insurance claims
  • Compliance issues
  • M&A and integration of companies
  • Support the Global General Counsel, and other functions as required
    • Review, drafting and negotiating a large variety of international commercial contracts in a global companyAdvising on and establishing corporate structures as well as handling our current corporate group structureSupporting projects with legal assessments and support should legal issues ariseHandling of insurance claimsCompliance issuesM&A and integration of companiesSupport the Global General Counsel, and other functions as requiredWhat we expect you to bring:
  • Minimum five years’ experience from a law firm and/or an international or Danish company as a legal counsel with proven legal skills and a strong commercial approach
  • Danish and English speaking and writing
  • Excellent communication skills
