About the department

The department provides operational support to the aseptic facility in Gentofte and employs a mix of around 120 Academics and Operators. You will be part of the department's Environmental Support team, which currently consists of 14 employees providing environmental, HVAC and formulation support . The team is characterized by a high level of commitment, humor and a casual tone. We have a high level of professionalism and emphasize collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The position

Your primary area of responsibility will be to ensure that our classified areas meet the regulatory requirements. In this position your main responsibilities include daily support in environmental concerns, environmental trend reporting, and deviation handling. Furthermore, some of your tasks will involve review of cleaning documentation as well as training and process confirmation of operators.

We work closely with production, so it is essential to understand the operating conditions of the operators to be successful in the role as our new Hygiene Chemist. Over all, your main goal will be to ensure that the classified areas are in compliance at all times.

Qualifications

You have a Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or another related scientific area with some experience in the field of aseptic environmental monitoring. It will be an advantage to have flair for technical issues and machines, and experience in classified areas. You must be persistent with a strong quality mindset, and have the courage to make decisions without compromising product quality.

To fit in with the team, you must be structured, systematic and have good communication skills in Danish language both orally and in writing as well as a hands-on approach to the production activities.
