Are you able to drive the development and implementation of an effective learning set-up? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring standardised and effective training in production areas? Do you get motivated by a high pace environment where you take responsibility for reaching the business targets and act as a change agent on the shop floor together with employees and their managers? Then this is your chance to join a highly skilled and engaged Training Team in People & Organisation, Oral Finished Products (OFP).

The position is permanent.

About the department

In OFP we are approximately 400 dedicated employees in Måløv and the area is still growing. Also, we are in the early process of establishing a new production facility in the US which will be supplying the market with tablets and thus set new standards for diabetes treatment, expanding Novo Nordisk leadership in diabetes. For the future we have many ambitions and together we will succeed and still strive towards being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems and processes.

You will join a team of 6 highly skilled colleagues in the Training Team, part of the “People & Organisation” department. In the Training Team it is our main responsibility to deliver support of highest possible quality to the organization and the management team by ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in our operational training processes. We work together to continuously develop and improve our training standards in order to provide aligned and effective training tools that support a stable production in compliance.

In OFP we make a huge effort for you as a new employee to be off to a good start. During the first few days you will spend some time with other new employees, where you will go through an exciting introduction plan together. The department manager will welcome you, and a colleague will act as a mentor and go through your individual training plan. We know how important it is, and we are looking forward to meeting you.

About the position

Your key responsibility as Training Partner is to drive and ensure the overall success of projects targeting different elements in the implementation and sustainability of our Operational Training Standard (OTS). The OTS consists of three elements: Overview of training setup (visualized in Competence Houses), content of training (described in Job Training Plans/Training Outlines) and training method (our shop floor training standard; 4P/Job instructions).

You will take on different roles such as project manager, facilitator and teacher at workshops and developer of training roles in the organisation.

As a project manager you will be responsible for developing and driving the training Masterplans, e.g. develop implementation plan, secure resources, governance structure, update milestones, and to train and support the organisation according to the OTS concept and scope of the project. At workshops and on shop floor you will train and coach employees, mainly operators, in using the standard training tools and methods, while ensuring that the standard is translated into the employee’s everyday context. As the advocate for the training standard you will play a major role in promoting and implementing the training agenda and related learning processes.

You can look forward to a challenging career opportunity with a chance to leave your signature on the future training setup in OFP Måløv.

Qualifications

You hold a relevant Master’s degree and you have minimum 3-5 years of experience with project management and implementing operational training systems in a GMP-regulated environment. You have a proven track record of successfully implemented training projects and preferably have solid experience with concepts like job instructions, 4P, Job training Plans/Training Outlines and competence manage systems.

To succeed in this position, you need to have excellent project management skills and have a talent for building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Stakeholder management and understanding the business needs is the key to success in this position. You are committed and engaged, and capable of doing both strategic and ‘bread-and-butter’ work in complex environments. You like to take responsibility for ensuring the success of your projects and you don’t mind going the extra mile to ensure that the business targets are met. You must be fluent in both English and Danish.

As a person, you are ambitious with a high level of energy and a positive and pragmatic mindset, creating solutions that make a difference on shop floor. The ability to take the lead and motivate others to reach a shared goal is important to you.
