About the team
DFP ManDev’s 400 employees support the DFP Production sites across the world by creating innovative improvements to production processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. DFP ManDev Business Support is a team consisting of 12 skilled and professional employees that drive business and strategic processes across ManDev and provide support across the entire ManDev organization.

The Business Support team also drives current LEAN (in Novo Nordisk called cLEAN®) work and mindset across the ManDev organization. This ensures that ManDev continuously improve our processes and ways of working, deploy and practice the most suited cLEAN® tools and exhibit a continuous development mindset. You will be responsible for ManDev’s cLEAN® strategy and for driving the cLEAN® work through leading a network of ManDev cLEAN® resources. You will be engaged with the management team and participate in ManDev’s strategy work.

The position
As cLEAN® Partner and Specialist, you will be an important partner in developing and driving major cLEAN® and other projects in ManDev. Your role will be to develop the cLEAN® roadmap in close cooperation with ManDev management and based on the business needs and strategic direction, to identify the optimal way for ManDev to work with cLEAN®. Besides that, you will also coach employees and the management members in how to practice the cLEAN® tools such as Systematic Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping and KATA.

You will have a high degree of independent decision making and initiative with regards to cLEAN® across DFP ManDev to successfully develop at implement the strategy. To be successful in the job, you possess a high level of initiative, influence and improvement knowledge to drive change management processes and projects. You possess personal authority to lead, coach and provide honest and direct feedback to all members of ManDev management.

Qualifications
You hold a Master level as Pharmacist, Engineer or similar and a cLEAN® 3 star or similar and you have at least 7-8 years of experience, including areas such as highly advanced LEAN, Six Sigma or similar. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of regulated production processes and extensive project management experience.

You have the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams and have a very high personal integrity and authority to influence. With your drive and ability to independently set direction for an area you can act as a catalyst for change with strong skills in change management combined with very strong strategic skills. Great communication skills are a must and you are expected to be fluent in Danish and English.
