If you have 6-8 years experience within management consulting and you are ready for your next important career move, this job is an excellent opportunity for high-level learning. As Chief of Staff to our CEO your focus is to ensure that she is always well prepared and equipped with the best possible foundation for making business critical decisions. You will enter LEO Pharma at the maybe most exciting time in the company’s history as we are executing our 2025 strategy with the highly ambitious goal to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner.
You will work closely together with the LEO Pharma Board of Directors and Global Leadership team, and in 2-3 years you will be ready for your next assignment in the global LEO Pharma organization. This is also why the position now is availa-ble, our current Chief of Staff has got new internal opportunities.
The link between top management and top100
Basically, you are an enabler for shaping our future; turning visions and strategies into reality while linking the top 100 leaders in LEO Pharma (LEO100) and the top management – you are also member of LEO100. A vital part of your time will be spend on preparing, conducting and follow up on meetings – prepare agenda, coordinate and review pre-reads and presentations, and follow-up on actions. Additionally, you will drive and coordinate strategic projects. Your primary tasks will be to:
Drive key strategic projects on behalf of the CEO Drive and support meetings in the Board of Directors and the Global Leadership Team (GLT) Prepare meetings with the chairman of the LEO Pharma Board of Directors Prepare quarterly meetings with the chairmanships of the LEO Foundation and LEO Pharma Board of Directors Align agenda and content for Business Review Meetings with relevant GLT members Prepare and review presentations for internal and external events Plan the annual execution wheel for the company
You will be based at the LEO Pharma HQ in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, and you can look forward to approx. 30-40 travel days per year.
6-8 years’ experience within management consulting
You have a Master’s degree within business administration and/or economics. This is backed by 6-8 years’ experience within management consulting where you have been working with strategic projects and handled many tasks and dead-lines simultaneously. Your experience has also provided you with knowledge of the pharma industry. Additionally, you have the analytical skills it takes to turn multiple data and information into easy understandable scenarios and recommenda-tions.
You are used to make things happen, and you have the necessary diplomatic skills to drive things forward in an atmos-phere of respect while benefitting from your understanding of professional and cultural differences. This also calls for your excellent communication and presentation skills.
