The job
Your job will be to participate in optimising and developing work processes that lead to improve our strategic support to affiliates worldwide. Your primary tasks will be:
- To provide the team with administrative support, eg. by arranging logistics related to meetings, vendor purchase orders and invoices
- To support our communication team when updating internal platforms
- To support and monitor our medical and marketing databases
- To support medical and marketing approval processes
- Involvement in adhoc projects depending on the team’s need
Your qualifications
- You have commenced your bachelor’s or master’s studies within the areas of pharmacy, chemistry, biology, medicine or health sciences
- You are ready to work approximately 15 hours per week – with flexibility during exam periods
- You have a flair and interest in navigating through systems and Excel and are not afraid to take on administrative tasks
- You are familiar working with web solutions
- You are experienced in using the Microsoft Office package – especially with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
You have an outgoing personality and situational judgement that complement your daily ability to establish positive relations and deliver quality work before deadline. A cross-cultural experience will give you a head start, and to succeed in this job you must be able to maintain a good dialogue with the involved parties.

You will be part of a global team consisting of highly competent and dedicated people who are specialists within their areas. The team’s mandate is to provide all Thrombosis affiliates around the world with the right medical and marketing strategic direction, be responsive to the needed support and deliver on the promotional and non-promotional projects.
