Organic chemist, polymer chemist or surface chemist for exciting development position!

RadiSurf’s solutions allow for superior control of chemical surface properties related to hydrophobicity, fouling and friction, and our molecular adhesion technology creates unmatched adhesion between, e.g., polymers and all types of hard surfaces (metal, glass, ceramics, semiconductor, carbon fibers and certain plastics).

We are now seeking organic chemists, polymer chemists and surface chemistry experts to work in our laboratory with our breakthrough solutions for polymer nano coatings and adhesion between materials.

You will be joining a team of skilled scientists and chemists working to develop novel surface chemistry technologies for some of the largest industries shaping the future of our societies. We are working to create novel sustainable polymer coating solutions for energy and electronics solutions in close collaboration with our applications development teams in California.

You are:

• Comfortable working organized and safely in an organic chemistry lab
• Have experience in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, synthesis and/or surface chemistry
• Have experience with relevant analytical techniques
• You have a curious mind and are eager to understand and develop new chemistry and analysis techniques.
• At least a master’s degree in chemistry.
• You are hard-working and able to structure your own work and take initiative.
• You are organized and methodic in your work

It will be an advantage if you have:

• Relevant industry experience from R&D laboratories
• Experience in patent writing
• Experience working with Design of Experiments and development of experimental plans
