Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Technical Trainer to support our European facilities training needs.

Location

Preferably Denmark or Ireland, but can be located anywhere in Europe.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and conduct e-learning/classroom technical training (medical) in accordance with business needs, compliance requirements, safety, engineering, and quality management systems.
• Conduct corporate-wide and facility-specific needs assessments/instructional analysis and confer with managers and supervisors to determine training needs
• Employ instructional design to create content and focuses on all four levels of evaluation
• Incorporate appropriate instructional methods for classroom and media based technologies
• Develop materials that support training content (i.e., job aids, reading materials, etc.)
• Schedule and conduct training classes based on training needs, and supporting various work and production schedules
• Assist in researching outside consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific topics.
• Other duties as assigned
• Some travel (primarily travel to other European facilities) is expected (10-30%)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or adult education/training; or 5 years of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in one of the following related fields
• Adult education/training
• Computer/software
• Engineering
• Maintenance
• Manufacturing
• Quality
• Safety
• Experience working with Articulate
• LMS Admin experience (SAP preferred)
• Experience with GD&T, DOE, and SPC
• Must speak English
