In this role you lead the design coordination and alignment across discipline interfaces, and you have an important role in challenging design solutions and rationales from a high-level perspective to ensure the best possible design and project execution.

What you’ll do
In Design Management we play a key role in leading the design of facilities within the pharmaceutical industry. To ensure design alignment across disciplines we create motivational work environments, where new ways of designing go hand-in-hand with a structured and cross disciplinary mindset.

The team in Facility Design area consist of approx.180 highly skilled employees. As one of our new, experienced colleagues, you will be involved in all project phases from design to construction, commissioning and hand-over.

The way you lead
As Design Manager / Project Manager you have an important role of ensuring unity among all project stakeholders, while securing that project resources, milestones and cost are according to customer requirements and expectations.
