Cook and helper for our restaurant.
Hotel Ballumhus is a well-booked hotel on a daily basis, with many dining guests. In our high seasons the guests is approx. 700 people per week, which means 95% of these guests also visit our restaurant.
We are located in an area where there are many opportunities all year round. This means that we only have a 3-month low season which is limited to the months of November, January and February.
The hotel has 55 recently renovated rooms, a fine dining restaurant and a large ballroom is often used.
The hotel's kitchen offers a varied 5-course menu every day. Service is running every day of the week from kl. 12:00 - 21:00, of which only lunch is offered from kl. 12-17.
Requirements:
• Skilled and innovative.
• Has experience from restaurants.
• Should be in good hygiene, both personally and in the kitchen.
• Responsible and financially thinking.
• Flexible and open to possibility of changing schedules.
• Has a passion for creative dishes.
• Can work independently.
