Introduction
Skuden is a small restaurant placed in southern Denmark placed at the waterfront, with 40 seats. We do parties where we close the restaurant for the party. So we are small, but cozy :)
We are not set on a certain style and we change the menu once every 3rd month + a few changes during that period. Only lunch and dinner is served.
You will on the daily be alone in the kitchen - during busy hours you will have an assistant.
During high season (May/June - August) there will be 2 chefs and 2 assistants.
January we are closed down.
Your tasks
We are looking for a chef, that can manage the daily functions of the kitchen, in close dialog with the manager.
Your responsebilities will be:
· Menu planning
· Continue to evolve the kitchen
· Self-regulation (state mandatory cleaning schedule etc.)
· Order goods and maintain the kitchen
. Daily cleaning of the kitchen area
Your profile
You will be given great freedom to work and the posibility to become selfsufficient.
We hope for a long term cooparation.
You are / want:
· A trained chef
· A proffesional and can keep your cool when busy
· To be given new challenges
. A European citizen or have a Danish work permit
