If you're looking for new challenges and perhaps new acquaintances, now is the time to apply for a job at one of Bornholm's best hotels! We highly value professionalism, service, and camaraderie.
We can offer shorter summer employment and are open to both new graduates as well as more experienced colleagues. A professional qualification or relevant work experience is a requirement.
We can also provide a dynamic work environment, since we have several different teams working in rotation during the peak season.
Although we work in different groups with different areas, collaboration and cohesion across teams are important.
The recurring theme in cuisine, is that we draw inspiration from the beautiful nature surrounding us, and, whenever possible, use locally sourced ingredients from farmers and produce from here on the island, such as Kumlehøj and Skovfryd. Our style draws heavily upon the Nordic/French kitchen in a gourmet/bistro style. We pickle and ferment different ingredients during the spring and summer so that we can also offer local produce in the autumn and winter months.
We pride ourselves in being able to present a mature, dynamic, and competent team at one of Bornholm's best hotels, with an unrivaled location. We work hard when needed and always maintain a positive atmosphere and professional unity. We provide accommodation near the hotel, salary based on qualifications, and there are tax benefits for working on Bornholm.
