You will report to VP, Marketing, Rikke Christiansen where you can expect a collaboration based on trust, ambition and high expectations to one another.

You thrive on dealing with many projects and processes at the same time, in close cooperation with our VP and the rest of the management team. An important aspect of your responsibility is to coordinate and be part of our management meetings. Following up on decisions made during meetings is a crucial part of your contribution.

In order to succeed in this role, it is important that you have administrative, planning and follow-up skills beyond the ordinary, and that you can work independently and without supervision. You are proactive, enthusiastic and service-minded by nature, and you are very quick to understand new situations and acquire new knowledge.

Your responsibilities summed up:

• Supporting and advising our VP on projects, processes and various business activities, including planning and preparing meeting
• Responsibility for department budgets and forecasting
• Performing work that is generally varied and administrative or project-oriented, with considerable coordination and follow-through
• Securing strong communication in and outside the Marketing department and with the Radiometer subsidiaries
• Managing calendar and arranging and booking travels for VP

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ of experience supporting the executive in a multi-national company
• Experience with managing budgets for an entire department and flair for numbers and excel
• Ability to independently develop communication material, reports and other well-written materials
• Fluency in English written and verbally. Other languages are a plus
• Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Teams
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, HD or similar
