We are looking for a chef that values collaboration, constructive feedback and above all sharing knowledge within the team.
We are seeking for a personality that constantly strives, with the restaurant crew, to give the guests the seamless Italian dining experience, while delivering our values of goodness and care.
At Ché Fè we believe that the team is stronger than an individual. By using each other’s strengths, we focus more on optimizing tasks than traditional kitchen hierarchy. Working in our team requires imagination and daring to think outside the box. Many times, it even requires putting yourself on the side, to reach the best result.
What You’ll Do
At Chè Fé we are working hard with a smile to please our valuable guests. You will be liable for success! Some of your tasks will involve creating mouth-watering courses for our guests and you will take on a key role in that process. We are looking for valuable chefs ready to inspire all of us and keep up the pace.

We believe you are a person who has an educational background as a professional chef with a diploma. Additionally, you share our enthusiasm for our vision and want to find out more about values. You have experience with Italian kitchen.

- has experience and a background with the Italian kitchen
- is an experienced chef, eager to create a harmony of taste
- is comfortable with a high work pace and can work structured towards deadlines.
- is a strong team player with good communicational skills
- knows how to give constructive feedback
- has a can-do attitude and a positive mindset.
- is excited about sustainability
- keep a high standard for food safety.
- Good level of English. Italian language and culture is an advantage
