D’ANGLETERRE IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SOUS-CHEF

We are looking for an experienced Souschef with a dynamic, pragmatic, and flexible approach to luxurious service.

ABOUT THE JOB
Together with our dedicated Marchal team, you will be responsible for the creative preparation of our à la carte menu at our Michelin Star restaurant. Marchal offers a classic French twist to a revolutionary Nordic cuisine and our kitchen is run by one of Denmark's greatest masters of French cuisine, our Executive Chef Jakob de Neergaard. It is a great opportunity to work with the best as well as to bring your sense for perfection in every dish you will execute. You will work closely with the Waiters team in order to ensure a smooth service that elevates our guests.

WE EXPECT
You have a strong sense of details and at the same time, can keep an overview of the kitchen flow in all the sections during service. You are an educated chef, preferably with souschef experience in a Michelin or high-end establishment. You have a passion for cooking at the highest standards and you can make things happen in a fast-paced environment. You are an inspiring team leader who will join a reliable and committed team. You speak and understand English.
