We are seeking an experienced and creative full-time chef to join our team at Ambra located in the heart of Copenhagen. As our chef, you will be responsible for prepping for service, work together with the rest of the kitchen team and creating high-quality dishes. You will be expected to have an understanding of international cuisine, including the various areas and their unique flavors, as well as knowledge of their cooking techniques. You will become part of Sovino Brands, which is a restaurant group consisting of 18 restaurants in Copenhagen.

Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Prepare staff food
- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed
- Keeping track of food inventory
- Collaborate with other chefs and staff to plan and execute special events and menu changes
Requirements:
- Have at least three years of experience in a kitchen
- Education as a chef
- Experience with preparing for larger groups
- Extensive knowledge of cuisine, including ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
