- Preparing and presenting high-quality, traditional Danish dishes 🍲🍷
- Developing and updating our menus to keep them exciting and relevant 🌮🍲
- Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization 🧼👨🍳
- Inspiring and motivating kitchen staff to deliver their best 👩🍳👨🍳
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations 📦💡
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has solid experience as a chef, preferably in a brasserie or similar setting
- Has a passion for classic cuisine and a commitment to quality 🥘✨
- Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail 🏆
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure 🚀
- Is creative and innovative in menu development and problem-solving 🎨🔍
