Mikkeller Aarsdale is searching for chefs and kitchen staff!
Join the Aarsdale team and be a part of our favourite and the most beautiful summer location on charming island of Bornholm!
Our restaurant and bar in Aarsdale is one of the coolest and most unique spots we have built so far!
The location is a combination bar and restaurant, featuring simple dishes and a variety of delicious beer.
The spot is about as dreamy as it gets: one side faces the small local harbour, while another looks out directly to the sea. The location is perfect for an outstanding view to accompany your beer and food.
Beyond that, it is also the perfect spot to light up a bonfire, go for a swim, and wrap up a great day or evening in our local sauna.
Whatever your mood, Mikkeller Aarsdale provides the perfect ingredients for experiencing those unbelievable Scandinavian summer days and nights.
We hope to hear from you if you enjoy or are curious to become part of the service industry as well as becoming a part of the Mikkeller organisation.
You will alongside the day-to-day tasks in the service industry have the opportunity to be close to the business and learn a ton more about the Mikkeller universe.

Who do we need on the team?
We need chefs and kitchen staff.
- As a chef: No formal education is needed.
All you need is to have a great attitude, know how to handle a knife, cook an awesome burger, have a good sense of hygiene and humour, and last but not least – have an optimistic outlook and personality. - As kitchen staff: You'll do some prep work with the chefs, help in washing the dishes, and in general be the all around helper for whatever needs assisting, both in the kitchen and on the floor.
Practical information
- We are looking for employees who wish to work both full time and part time
- Salary will be based on qualifications
- The season runs from mid April till October/November
- It's an advantage if you are based on Bornholm
- You’ll be part of an international team where you’ll be able to practice both your English and Danish communication skills
- You’ll be part of an energetic and fast growing company
- It’s an advantage if you carry experience as a chef or kitchen staff, but not a requirement
