We are now looking for an Head Chef to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Blu Hotel Malmö!

The Head Chef Role
Our kitchen team has a taste for developing the flavours to cook up a storm and strives to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.

  • Our Head Chefs crave the taste of success and can handle the heat in any kitchen!
  • Cooking is the spice of your life and you will have a passion for food which ensures consistently high standards and a creative flair that showcases ingredients
  • Create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes, dietary requirements, and seasonal offerings, while ensuring cost control and profitability margins.
  • Leads and manages the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department • Prepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
  • Reviews and scrutinizes the performance of the food offering, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance
  • As an integral part of the management team, you will manage budgets and inventory, whilst working proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the kitchen department
