Communication Officer, Sweden

European Energy is an international company in exponential growth. We cover all phases of on- and offshore wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment of assets, as well as Power-to-X. Our company of 400+ employees have since 2004 installed more than 2 GW of renewable energy and has a pipeline of 40+ GW. We operate globally and employ 30 different nationalities. Our goal is to be the most creative enabler in the green transition.

In the new position as Communication Officer, you will be a part of a global communications organization, collaborating with our Swedish project team. Your main areas of responsibility will be to develop content for our market website and social media channels and produce press releases and information materials. You will become part of a growing international company with plenty of opportunities to utilize and develop your skills.

Areas of Responsibilities

• Be responsible for and updating the Swedish market website
• Handle the Swedish LinkedIn page
• Produce exclusive digital content and apply HQ produced content
• Produce information material as folders, handouts, etc. from HQ produced templates
• Support the Swedish project team in creating adverts and be responsible for advertisements
• Produce PR material such as press releases and opinion letters
• Effectively get media interested in cases and stories about projects and EE presence in Sweden
• Support the Communications Manager with media monitoring and other coverage

Your Profile

• You have a degree in Journalism or Communication
• You have documented experience in editorial writing
• You have experience in working with journalism or content production
• You have experience in SoMe and web mastering
• You have experience in MS Office and layout/design programs
• You are fluent in Swedish and proficient in English
