Continia is looking for an experienced and self-driven Marketing Manager to drive aggressive growth for our North American team through creating and executing a wide variety of content and social marketing, events, and campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit, who is ready to be a team player and build something incredible.
About your role
As the Marketing Manager for North America, you will work primarily with the Director of Sales and Marketing to drive aggressive growth for our region. With Continia’s through-partner model, your primary focus will be to drive awareness, engagement, market presence, and ultimately revenue with our North American based partners, who are system integrators focused on the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and NAV solutions. You will also drive awareness and demand for our solutions with customers of Business Central / NAV through social media, events, and other channels.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and detailed execution. You will drive an exciting mix of campaigns, events, social media, and content marketing, while coordinating marketing standards and activities with our corporate global marketing team. About your role

Your primary focus will include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive localized marketing plans to promote Continia’s products, improve brand awareness, and drive demand to support sales targets.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and email.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotional materials and sales enablement tools, including print and online collateral, case studies, testimonials, and videos.
- Assist with the development and positioning of product marketing assets.
- Own the planning and execution of the company’s sponsorship of and participation in conferences and related events.
- Enhance partner relationships with targeted communications and collaborate with partner marketing teams to drive co-marketing campaigns and activities.
- Support customer-facing communications and community activities.
- Coordinating with our corporate Marketing team on all relevant activities.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Assist with market research and to identify messaging targets and inform marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed of our competitors’ marketing and sales approaches.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess performance and refine strategies as needed.
- Assist with developing and managing the marketing budget to optimize our spend.
- Stay abreast of marketing trends, best practices, and techniques.

About you

Further, you are likely to enrich our business with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the software or technology sector.
- Proven experience creating and executing campaigns across digital, content, and traditional media channels.
- Experience with creating content for social media, content marketing, and sales collateral.
- Proven track record of successful project management, including establishing and meeting deadlines.
- A systemic understanding of how to build processes and use systems to support efficiencies and measure outcomes.
- Positive energy with an effective ability to think and work independently, prioritize the right activities to produce results, and collaborate across different internal and external teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to adapt communications for the target audience; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with event management is a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday) is a plus.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ecosystem is a plus.
- Success working in a matrix organization.
- Ability to travel on occasion.
