Continia Software is looking for a Technical Writer to join our Docs & Learn Team.

About your role

As a Technical Writer at Continia, you will:

  • Be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for Continia Docs, our company documentation site.
  • Have the main responsibility for at least one product, while also assisting your team in updating documentation for our remaining solutions.
  • Work closely with software developers, solutions specialists, and other stakeholders to understand the features and functionalities of our solutions.
  • Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation including user guides, technical specifications, release notes, and other supporting materials.
  • Assist our developers in creating and reviewing the solution text strings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on documentation - based on user needs and product updates.

At Continia, you'll become part of the Docs & Learn team, which consists of seven dedicated colleagues located in Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany. In this team, we value having fun while working closely together, and your ideas and contributions will be highly appreciated. You can work from any of the Continia offices around the world. What matters most is that you enjoy writing and can keep focus even in fast-paced environments.

About you

Your success in this role depends on your ability to flourish in a fast-growing organization with changing priorities. You're proactive, flexible, and have a positive outlook. Taking ownership of your tasks and executing them comes naturally to you.

We imagine you have the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • 3+ years of experience with technical writing, preferably from a software or technology company.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changes in software methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other financial systems is preferred but not required.
