Internal Communication Manager

In line with the also increasing number of internal projects, an Internal Communication Manager is needed to manage and support all the internal communication that will ensure that our organization keeps pace with the rapid development the company is undergoing these years.

An energetic and rapidly growing communications team


You will be part of a well-functioning Communications team which consists of 15 colleagues located in Copenhagen, Sweden, and Germany. The team works project-oriented, handling all communication-related topics hereunder PR, regulatory affairs, marketing, video production, SoMe, and internal communications.

An exciting role managing internal communications tasks from A-Z


As our new Internal Communication Manager, you will take new strategic and tactical steps inside internal communication to plan, execute, and implement new initiatives – from the implementation of new business strategy to ESG work streams, and DEI initiatives, but you will also have the full responsibility to develop and tune existing formats, e.g. our annual company trip, EE talks, EE Live and events.

It is something else ensuring that these are also implemented and adhered to through webinars, workshops, and similar. Your tasks could include:


  • Develop and compile all internal communication in close collaboration with the rest of the Communication team and the management.
  • Manage and produce content for our internal channels.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and the senior management.
  • Handling and planning our internal communication events.

Job prerequisites


  • You have 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • You have experience in executive and change management communications and/or internal communications.
  • You have a Master’s degree in communication or similar.
  • It is beneficial if you have experience working with communication from a growing/developing organization.
  • You have broad understanding of organizational communication.
  • You are fluent in English in written and spoken. You are preferably fluent in one or more European languages.
  • Experience in working with MS Office, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Teams.
