SummaryJob DescriptionResponsibilities: - Propose and execute high profile and creative instore activities to optimize Boutique Openings / New collection launches or Themed occasions- Lead to develop retail marketing and promotion calendar and executation- Be responsible for landlord maintenance and management to have enough support from landlord by CRM, in-mall OOH, DP & roadshow, social posts and any other opportunity that could benefit brand, business and boutique.- Be responsible for in-store activation aligning with calendar. To develop, implement and monitor the event/activity to boost both brand affinity and commercial target, with new consumers recruitment and existing customers loyalty maintenance.- Be responsible for brand roadshow/event & commercial pop-up plan, develop and execution to build up brand presence and commercial success.- Partner with Comm, Retail and CRM for new store opening to ensure successful to achieve short term business goals and landlord’s expectation- Be responsible for yearly GWP strategy and execution to benefit business performance.- Assist retail to develop and optimize customer in-store experience for better brand image building and sales conversion improvement.Who you are• Bachelor degree or above• Minimum 5-8 years working experience in luxury retail / fashion / cosmetics industry, specialized in retail marketing experience is preferred• Positive attitude and a good team player, at ease with transversal and multi-sites organization• Entrepreneurial spirit• Applied analytics sensibility with proven ability to make profitable decisions based on data• Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills• Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, start-up, and multicultural environment• Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail• Strong project management and time management skills• Skilled in both written and spoken English and MandarinJob TypeStart DateScheduleOrganization
