Responsibilities
- Manage a team that designs and implement secure network infrastructure aligned with the industry standards, frameworks, and security with overall business and technology strategy
- Evaluate new technology and techniques to improve systems design
- You will become one of the driving forces in developing and maintaining our Park Network Architecture that accommodates network connectivity and resilience in our customers Wind Power Plants across the globe
- You will be working closely with our regional experts and local security specialists in a truly global organization
- Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
- Implement early-stage feasibility studies of new projects working together with other labs and proof of concept solutions
Qualifications
- M.Sc. in computer science, network communications, or similar from an accredited university
- Preferably hands-on experience in Network Security, ideally from a global company
- Some years of experience in leadership roles in either project or organizational environment
- Solid communication and leadership skills
Competencies
- You take the lead in training and welcoming newcomers to the team
- You are enthusiastic, result-oriented, and have a good sense of responsibility
- You can live up to your commitments and have a creative approach to new opportunities
- You succeed as part of a team and it comes naturally to you to collaborate and share knowledge
- You have good communication skills and are fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Last, but not least, you are comfortable working within an international team.
