Would you like a truly global role driving account-based marketing (ABM) across Jabra’s Global Enterprise Accounts?

You will join the Global Accounts Marketing team where we market our world-class headsets, speakerphones and video solutions with an account-based approach to Jabra’s biggest enterprise customers.

The Global Accounts Marketing team is a small but tight-knit and highly professional team that thrives in our fast-paced execution and decision process. We are based out of Ballerup, working alongside our closest internal collaboration partners: other Jabra teams focusing on product marketing, digital and brand & creation.

Drive excellence within account-based marketing

At our global HQ in Ballerup, Copenhagen, you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategies and activities for a group of big key accounts operating across the globe. This requires close collaboration with relevant account managers as well as coordination with regional marketing managers.

You will:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize ABM campaigns and content across communication channels

  • Create customer engagement for key accounts in close collaboration with account managers and participate in customer meetings

  • Develop customer-specific or industry value propositions that communicate true value and product differentiation of Jabra’s Global Accounts Program

  • Support building a scalable ABM methodology to help Sales acquire, expand and retain key accounts

  • Plan and execute online forums and eventually face-to-face events such as VIP events, customer demo visits and roadshows

  • Develop, track and report on the success of the ABM strategy, ensuring that programs perform according to goals and are continually optimized in strong cooperation with the sales teams


Once safe to travel, you should expect approx. 30 travel days per year to attend internal and external events and meet account managers, marketing managers and key accounts.

Therefore, your ideas and initiatives are always welcome – we can go from ideation to execution in no time, and you will get plenty of opportunity to influence the direction of our ABM strategy.

“We function as an incubation team within the bigger Jabra marketing organization, and we experiment and develop completely new and different programs with a ‘fail-fast, learn-fast’ approach,” says Head of Global Accounts Marketing Michael Skou Olsen.

Self-driven B2B marketing expert

As a person, you have strong communication and stakeholder management skills as you will be in close contact with account managers and marketing managers worldwide. You thrive in an independent role in a high-performance environment, and you have an ambitious and curious approach to ABM.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including strategy development, execution and measurement of marketing activities – ideally, you have previously worked with ABM

  • Experience in collaborating with account managers in an international setting

  • Experience with message and value proposition development as well as market and customer research

  • A goal-focused planning and prioritization mindset combined with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus)

  • A high level of oral and written proficiency in English
