The team
You will be part of our Serviced Living Team, which is responsible for Siljangade Co-working/Co-living, UMEUS Student Co-Living and Noli Studios. We have several sites in pipeline and have just opened the doors for students at UMEUS Amager and will open UMEUS Nordhavn 1st February 2022. There are currently 14 colleagues in the Danish Serviced Living team, and you will report to the Head of Serviced Living Denmark.
The position
The Community Manager is responsible for sales, daily operation of the site and a well working community.
Your overall responsibilities
About you:
You have minimum 5 years’ leadership experience from co-working, co-living, service, or hospitality industry.
You inspire and lead the way with high level of energy and with overview and eye for the details.
As a person you are fun to work with, takes responsibility, is outgoing and positive. You have a hands-on mentality and good collaboration skills.
Fluent in Danish and English
About Siljangade
At Siljangade our residents can work, live, eat and everything in between.
Siljangade is located at Amager, close to the city center and in the middle of a creative zone in a rapidly developing area.
We have 138 Studios and common areas such co-working area, lounge, meeting rooms, roof terrace and private gym. The Kitchen is a social and environmental conscious eatery open Monday to Friday for residents and guests from the area.
Siljangade opened 1st July this year and the Siljangade team includes besides the Community Manager also a Chef and Host.
Siljangade is part of NREP - a real estate company that invests, develops, operates – and innovates – to make real estate better.

The team

The position
The Community Manager is responsible for sales, daily operation of the site and a well working community.
Your overall responsibilities
- Responsibility for every aspect of the site
- Sales including proactive sales, outreach to companies and networks, handle leads, showings and follow up
- Letting management
- Enable the community and is an active lead in creating networking and communal activities
- Take responsibility, carries out shifts and acts as backup should staffing situation at site or at other sites require this
- Support F&B operations when needed
- Opex responsibility include managing cost conscious operations
- Recruit, train and manage Siljangade team members
- Manage all internal and external communication and handles feedback
- Act as site level liaison for outsourced partners and functions at the site
- Manage facility management together with Facility Manager
- Take action and suggest ways to develop sales, processes and resident satisfaction
About you:
