As Communications Advisor you will be part of the Communications Team in TotalEnergies in Denmark playing an important role in strengthening the internal communications function in our oil and gas business. Your responsibility will be to help shape and support the execution of internal multi-disciplinary communication activities for the Danish onshore and offshore operations in close collaboration with our business leadership and technical teams.

Helps develop and maintain Intranet and SharePoint sites

As a creative storyteller you will:
- Assist with the development and implementation of effective communication plans, activities, and compelling stories that support awareness and understanding of the strategic direction and priorities of TEPDK
- Day-to-day responsibility for TEPDK’s internal digital channels specifically info screens, Intranet, Mailjet email
- Supports the delivery of both internal and external events
- Supports with relevant content for our internal and external digital channels
- Manages TEPDK content in Comms media library (when implemented) ensuring that up-to-date images, videos are available to the wider organization and responds to branding inquiries including merchandise requests
- Provides administrative support
Helps develop and maintain Intranet and SharePoint sites
