If so, we are keen to hear from you about a temporary position heading up the communication activities in our oil and gas business.

As Communications Manager you will be responsible for managing and delivering the communication agenda of our Danish operations. You will advise and work closely with local leadership and teams on targeted communication strategies, plans and solutions in support of this strategic direction, key business objectives and desired outcomes. The Communications Manager also contributes to the development and activation of the overall communication strategy and platforms for managing TotalEnergies’ reputation and brand in Denmark.
Based in our Esbjerg office, you will be part of the TotalEnergies Communications and CSR Team in Denmark. You will report to the Head of Communications & CSR and have direct line responsibility for a team of four.

Key responsibilities
- Partners with senior leaders to determine strategic internal communications plans and campaigns that help deliver key business priorities and further organizational goals
- Drives leadership communication and employee engagement in the affiliate
- Ensure a suitable internal communications channel mix, actively monitoring success, ensuring continuous improvement
- Leads and catalyzes a high volume of events e.g. townhalls and employee sessions, executive visits and industry events
- Initiates and drives local branding and sponsorships
- Provide communication support to change and transformation programmes
- Play an active part in issues and emergency response
- Manages and develops the Esbjerg Communications Team of four providing daily guidance
