We are looking for a talented communicator to drive communication in Novo Nordisk Biopharm Product Supply. Our area consists of approximately 2500 employees dedicated to deliver high quality products that help people defeat hemophilia, growth disorders and other serious chronic diseases and conditions. Besides our headquarter in Gentofte, our business area includes 6 production sites in Denmark and US, where we produce lifesaving products 24/7 for worldwide distribution. The SVP Communication Partner is an important part of driving communication and change management across the entire area. The job also includes external communication activities.
About the department
The maternity cover as Communication Partner is based in the HR team, primarily working out of our headquarter in Gentofte, but with occasional visits to our production sites. As SVP partner you will in addition be part of the Product Supply Communication Steering group together with your fellow SVP partners and also be member of our Global Communicator’s Network in Novo Nordisk. As SVP partner you should also have a strong link to the operations part of the Biopharm business to ensure collaboration across.
As SVP partner you will be part of a dedicated management team where you will be covering the whole palette of tasks from leader sparring, change management, strategic/organisational communication to project management and leading the Biopharm communication group comprised of members from across the organisation. Everything you do is lead by the need, challenges and opportunities of the business - and not two days are the same.
The Position
As Communication Partner you will have a strong focus on effective change communication and strategic internal communication. In this role, you will advise colleagues on communication challenges and possibilities, and drive communication planning in relation to cross-organisational projects, events and changes in the area. You will work both on strategic level, but should also be ready to be hands on in many tasks including presentations, strategic plans, videos, process building, facility branding etc.
In addition, you will set direction for the work with Biopharm’s communication channels performed by the communication group including our online news channel, information sharing, info screens, town hall meetings, intranet and presentations.
The position is a maternity cover of approximately one-year starting November 2019 and including handover in both ends.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate has an educational background within communication and a minimum of five years’ documented experience as a professional communicator and advisor, working with strategy and communication. You have solid business understanding and the ability to translate complex matters into simple solutions. You are a brilliant communicator with advanced spoken and written English and Danish. You have experience with top management communication support, and you are not afraid to challenge your colleagues on decisions. You have great project management skills, writing skills, strong proficiency in PowerPoint – proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro and Globeshare is a benefit, but not a requirement.

You are constructive and full of initiative and thrive in a challenging and fast environment of ambitious people where you set the high pace on your areas of responsibility. You can work independently and at the same time as a team player and occasionally coach - always working towards reaching strong business results. You have excellent collaboration skills, and in your mind no assignment is too big or too small for you to take on as long as it works towards the needs, challenges and opportunities of the business.
