We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented student assistant for our People Program Office in Group HR to join our Internal Communications team in Gentofte, Copenhagen This is a great opportunity for a young scholar looking to pursue a career in communications, where you will get exposure to a wide variety of topics and organizational leaders as well as gain experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Your responsibilities
What we are looking for
We expect you to work between 15-20 hours/week, but we are of course flexible around exams. You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You will be working at our head office in Gentofte and report to our Head of People Program Office.

Your responsibilities
- Creating a pipeline of content for high-speed delivery on the intranet and producing the stories within the pipeline
- Participate in divisional leadership meetings to collect interesting stories about current and future projects
- Creating content for LinkedIn on internal projects
- Managing digital profiles (intranet, image bank, video bank, etc.)
- Monitoring and reporting engagement on digital profiles (intranet)
- Assisting with change communication-related activities with internal stakeholders
- Assist with employer branding strategies internally and externally
- Supporting special projects including, presentations, newsletters, webinars, etc.
What we are looking for
- You are currently in the last year of your bachelor’s degree, or in the first year of your master’s in Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, or a similar relevant field
- You are detail-oriented, have a flair for writing and editing, adept at learning new technologies and comfortable working on various digital platforms (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Sharepoint, LinkedIn, etc.)
- You are a good storyteller and can build a narrative in a story or presentation suitable to the audience
- You are structured and able to multi-task to deliver on various ad-hoc requests
- You are flexible and recognize that small tasks done well also create big value
