The position
As Communication and OCM partner, you will establish the communication strategy for the department, and be responsible for OCM related tasks and assignments. You will cooperate with local stakeholders as well as colleagues at our sites in Clayton, Chartres, Tianjin, Montes Claros, and Dublin. You will report to our Quality Vice President.
Your primarily tasks will include:
• Being the communication and OCM Partner to FFEx QA Vice President (VP), management team and stakeholders
• Coaching, sparring, and supporting good communication as well as creating business plans and visions for area and departments
• Driving of strategic communication activities across FFEx supporting current strategy and business priorities
• Having overall responsibility for FFEx QA’s communication flow and media platforms
• Taking responsibility for developing the OCM strategy and for driving the related activities
• An example of a specific task: Ensure areas’ mission and visions are communicated in a professional and efficient manner

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• Relevant Master’s or Bachelor`s degree in communication or similar field
• At least 5 years of experience as a communication professional, working with internal and external stakeholders
• Solid business understanding along with proficiency in senior management communication support, driving change initiatives and delivering high quality communication solutions
• Outstanding stakeholder- and change communication skills as well as deep knowledge in driving strategic communication projects
• Considerable experience with OCM, preferably from working in a multinational organisation
• Familiarity with Microsoft package, eg. PowerPoint presentations and fluent written and spoken English

FFEx QA is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which employs approximately 20,000 persons globally. FFEx is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.
