Can you drive DSV’s communication through targeted communication? Do you have extensive experience being a trusted communication advisor with strong stakeholder management skills on executive management level? And do you have experience working with corporate responsibility and sustainability in a large, international company? Then you may be our new colleague.
We’re looking for an experienced communications colleague to join our Corporate Communication team. We’re a small team dedicatedly working with strategic and operational communication and public relations. Intensifying our efforts within corporate responsibility and sustainability to create even more value for DSV via both professional advisory and via planning and execution of proactive and consistent communication will be part of your mission.
Positioning DSV’s sustainability efforts worldwide
DSV is one of the world’s leading transport and logistics companies and needs a strong communication team to support and communicate the company’s corporate agendas, . You will provide internal stakeholders on executive level with strategic and operational advisory and will play a key role in both internal and external communication and will ensure increased visibility and awareness of the DSV brand and our strategy and initiatives within sustainability in a global context.
A can-do attitude and strong stakeholder management skills
You will take on a role that demands both a strategic mindset, a can-do attitude and an ability to provide your stakeholders with both outstanding communication advisory and high quality written communication deliverables. Some of your main tasks will be to:
A versatile communication toolbox
You have extensive experience working with all disciplines within corporate communication in a large, international company, preferably a listed company. You bring a versatile communication toolbox and know instinctively how to target your communication towards the right audience whether it be senior management, employees or other stakeholders and whether it be internal or external communication.
Furthermore, you bring:
A professional environment
You will be part of a professional team that is keen on delivering valuable corporate communication that continuously enhances DSV’s visibility and reputation. To fit in you must be self-driven, structured and be a quick thinker and decision-maker who also pays attention to detail.

A can-do attitude and strong stakeholder management skills
You will take on a role that demands both a strategic mindset, a can-do attitude and an ability to provide your stakeholders with both outstanding communication advisory and high quality written communication deliverables. Some of your main tasks will be to:
- Be a trusted communication partner responsible for a dedicated business area within our organisation
- Help drive the continuous improvement of corporate communication: You will provide targeted and supportive advisory and communication to relevant stakeholders internally and externally, e.g. management, employees and external stakeholders via relevant channels both short-term and long-term
- Develop, drive and support the execution of prioritised projects and ensure alignment with stakeholders in order to create a targeted and valuable communication effort
- Play a vital role in writing and communicating our sustainability report and communication related to it
- Write news articles for our global intranet and posts for social media primary around corporate responsibility and sustainability in order to keep the global organisation up to date on the agenda.
A versatile communication toolbox
You have extensive experience working with all disciplines within corporate communication in a large, international company, preferably a listed company. You bring a versatile communication toolbox and know instinctively how to target your communication towards the right audience whether it be senior management, employees or other stakeholders and whether it be internal or external communication.
Furthermore, you bring:
- A master’s degree in communication
- 5 years of experience in corporate communication
- Vast experience with stakeholder management skills on executive management level
- A strong business acumen and solid experience managing communication projects
- A professional and proactive approach to communication and a can-do attitude
- An ability to understand societal agendas within sustainability and ESGs and bridge them to our business-strategic agendas
- Excellent English communication skills, oral and written
- Strong MS Office proficiency
