We offer you exciting and enriching activities to help you apply your skills and influence projects on a global scale

You will be working at DSV HQ in Hedehusene where we inhabit a new and appealing office building offering modern day conveniences such as state-of-the-art gym facilities, healthy food and great colleagues.
Global IT comprises 2,100 employees across DSV. We are a fast growing and hugely ambitious unit of our company, and one of the largest IT organisations in Denmark, even amongst businesses involved solely in IT. Together, we are challenging the industry by seeking to innovate and find new ways to add value and build more efficient and sustainable logistics solutions through the power of technology. Are you ready to be a part of this journey?
The IT Communications & Change Management Team
With this position, you will be joining the exciting and growing IT Communications & Change Management Team within DSV Global IT, based in our international headquarters in Hedehusene, just outside Copenhagen, Denmark.
Within the department, we handle all different forms of communications and change management tasks. We facilitate broad internal communications agendas, as well as external ones using social media. We also handle various tasks concerning employer branding and do extensive work with executive management, acting as sparring partners for their strategic communication needs. Furthermore, we are actively involved in the conceptualisation and execution of different key projects and processes, particularly from a communication and change management standpoint.
Flair for applying strategic communications, develop concepts, and training
As a Change Communications Manager within IT Communications & Change Management, you will ensure IT projects and IT change initiatives meet objectives on time by increasing employee adoption and usage. Your prime responsibilities will mainly cover the following three focus areas, but quickly, more tasks and projects will come your way.
Firstly, together with our Incident Management colleagues and colleagues in IT Governance, you will conceptualise and implement a uniform and audience-targeted incident process within IT and from all levels across IT to our stakeholders within the business. This will be done using our Service Portal as a channel and further integrated with our intranet on SharePoint. Based on this, you will develop templates and train key IT personnel, Incident Managers and other contributors in the new concept and templates, the processes, the respective parties’ roles and responsibilities, incl. training them in producing content. You will naturally communicate the new and improved service to all users across DSV whilst securing adoption and usage.
Secondly, through strategic communication and together with the IT Business Applications colleagues, you will support their adoption efforts of new automation and digitalisation products across DSV.
Finally, together with various collaborators both inside/outside of IT, you will support projects on both a large and small scale with your extensive change management experience. The projects and needs for Change Management are queuing up already.
