Communication Manager
Do you want to work in a successful growth company with a strong owner and take part in an exciting journey in an international environment?
We are looking to hire a Communication Manager with a digital focus to join our team at Nordisk Games in Danmark. You will be responsible on group level for planning and carrying out both internal and external communication that supports our business values, mission and strategy. Creating brand value and engagement will also be part of your role, as well as developing great relations to media and other external stakeholders.

Nordisk Games is a relatively new business unit investing in European game studios. Since 2016 we have invested a total of EUR 240m in our dynamic and growing portfolio, with more investments in the pipeline. Our current portfolio counts 6 companies in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, UK, and Spain.

Your responsibilities
You will get an important role in taking Nordisk Games to the next level as an independent group within Nordisk Film. Your prime responsibilities are:
- To create and develop the group brand of Nordisk Games
- To coordinate our portefolio companies’ brand as well as their external and internal communication
- Internal communication at group level
- Public Relations (PR)
- Public Affairs (PA)
You will report to Nordisk Games’ Group CFO and coordinate closely with our CEO and the heads of the portfolio companies.
Who are you
You have an academic degree within digital communication, marketing, finance or other relevant are, and at least 3-5 years’ experience from one of these areas. It will be a plus if you have previously worked in a growth company and/or on group level in a listed company. Furthermore, you will probably have experience with SEO/Google Analytics, SoMe, brand strategies and content marketing.
You speak and write English fluently as this is our group language, and it is also important that you master a Scandinavian language.
