The listed company Harboes Bryggeri is the parent company of the Harboe Breweries, where the main activities are production and sales of beer, soft- and energy drinks, malt beverages as well as malt-based ingredients.
Harboes Bryggeri is the third largest brewery in Denmark. A family driven company with approx. 550 employees. Harboes Bryggeri was founded in 1883 in Skælskør – approx. 1 hour drive south of Copenhagen - where the Harboe Breweries still has its headquarter and state of the art production facilities. Harboe Breweries also has a production unit in Germany, Darguner Brauerei. In recent years, Harboes Bryggeri has accelerated its geographical expansion and today is exporting all their products to more than 90 selected markets across the world.

The Position
As part of a significant growth strategy, Harboe is upgrading the internal Marketing & Category function with a number of new competencies and resources. Therefore we're looking for an experienced Innovation Marketing Manager with a deep and broad experience from FMCG within consumer driven innovation, innovation processes and portfolio management processes.
The position reports to Harboe's Marketing & Category Director and you will work closely with our strong product development team as well as the entire commercial organization and your marketing colleagues. The product development team holds all the technical and industrial competences to develop quality products within all our beverage categories.
From the commercial side, Harboe wants to become even better at identifying and selecting the innovation ideas with the strongest potential, as well as creating synergies on innovation across both our Nordic and Export business areas. The company also strives to continue strengthing the concept development, as well as optimising and creating the right processes to bring innovations to market in right time and quality.
The position is newly established, and you will to a large extent take part in defining and prioritizing your own work tasks and not least establish collaboration structures in the organization within your field. Together with your leader, you will create the structure and processes for the commercial part of the innovation process, as well as having a great impact on Harboe's commercial development.

The ideal candidate has solid experience from FMCG and several years as Innovation Manager, Marketing Manager or similar positions with innovation projects as a focus. From your experience as well as from relevant higher education, you bring:

You are motivated by establishing and driving a strong commercial innovation process as a foundation for our further development. You are enthusiastic and pragmatic with a focus on execution. Finally, you are a ”people-person”, whom with solid collaborative skills will be championing the good collaboration between departments.
Your physical workplace will be the beautifully located head office with a stunning view of Skælskør Fjord.
It can be combined with a number of weekly homework days, which are agreed on an individual basis.
Fixed salary at competitive level + pension, IT, health insurance and canteen.

- Establishing a stage gate/innovation process for commercial decision making on innovations.
- Drive end-to-end-project management of larger innovation projects in close collaboration with the project managers from the product development team.
- Establish processes for optimising portfolio management and NPD launches.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate has solid experience from FMCG and several years as Innovation Manager, Marketing Manager or similar positions with innovation projects as a focus. From your experience as well as from relevant higher education, you bring:
- Experience from FMCG production company, preferably food or drinks.
- An extensive Project Management toolbox and a profound structured work style.
- Broad stakeholder management experience at all levels of the organisation.
- Customer and consumer-oriented approach to subject area and field of work - with a pragmatic angle.
- Experience in developing marketing product concepts for innovations.
- Broad knowledge of portfolio management processes for in-and-out-phasing of SKUs and products.
- Preferable some experience with qualitative and quantitative consumer research and testing in collaboration with a research agency.
- Education as Cand. Merc or similar master degree.
- Strong IT- and lauguage skills (English mandatory; Danish and German is an advantage).
